Acceptance

By using mesa, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of service

mesa is a household meal planning app. It provides recipe management, meal planning, grocery lists, and AI-powered recipe suggestions.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

User content

You retain ownership of recipes, photos, and other content you create. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process this content for app functionality (e.g., AI analysis of photos for recipe suggestions).

AI-generated content

Recipes and suggestions generated by mesa ai are provided as-is. We do not guarantee nutritional accuracy, allergen safety, or suitability for specific dietary needs. Always verify important dietary information independently.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

mesa is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to adverse reactions to recipes or meal suggestions.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
